Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tech-Video-System CM-14DNA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teleradio parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tecnau product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thk such as the BNFN5012HSS7RRG01309LC3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 370000201 manufactured by Teleradio and we are pleased to be able to service most Teleradio systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TC4013 by Manufacturer Tecnau as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thermo-Scientific Brand 460025504 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as XY2CH1370 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HSR20A2SS360LII made by Thk as well as the popular ST18002 original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D766 by Thk and XY2CH1370 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GL15S16600LC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thk.
